Role
We are looking for an IT Site Support Engineer to join our IT department, reporting to the IT Regional Manager, APAC.
You will provide comprehensive technical support to our organization, balancing technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Respond promptly to IT Helpdesk requests and efficiently troubleshoot technology-related issues

Deliver hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for systems, applications, software, and hardware

Manage the lifecycle of employee equipment, including setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of devices and peripherals

Install, configure, and maintain standard hardware, software, and system images as per company specifications
-
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support conference room technologies, Zoom services, and printers

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Skilled in using Service Now for support request management and experienced with Windows, MacOS, and mobile hardware deployment

Expertise in Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and MS Teams
-
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service abilities
-
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in technical and client-focused support
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proficient in Zoom Room setup, troubleshooting, and IT asset management systems

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, including subnets, DNS, DHCP, and Wi Fi technologies

Knowledgeable in IT security best practices
