Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant-** Value & Access Insights and AnalyticsZS's Value & Access group** delivers deep expertise in US market access, driving contracting, access, and affordability strategy through advanced analytics and market research to build tailored market access solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. From strategy to execution, we help unlock patient access, optimize performance, and drive market impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage problem solving skills, analytic techniquest, and frameworks to develop solutions to our clients' business problems
  • Design and conduct custom analyses in Excel and other relevant software
  • Assist in structuring and conducting market research to derive insights and contribute to client decision making
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written communications
  • Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects
  • Actively support management of project plans, creating project deliverables and ensuring they are delivered on time.
  • Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities;
  • Mentor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams

What you’ll bring

  • An undergraduate degree, preferred in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences and social sciences.
  • 3-5 years of post-undergraduate experience consulting for life sciences clients
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Empathy, adaptability and high personal impact
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in a team-based environment
