Operations Associate
- Intern
The Operations Associate Intern within ZS's Digital Marketing Services and Enablement (DMSE) team ensures quality and operational excellence for client solutions built on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. Working closely with our Solutions team, this role applies industry best practices to deliver high-quality implementations while providing opportunities for professional growth in digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure our client’s digital campaigns/journeys, including email, SMS, and Mobile push are error free prior to
- Create and follow internal quality control and quality assurance processes while adhering to industry best practices.
- Ensure all aspects of campaigns/journeys are met by testing not only the look, but also the function of a campaign and validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts.
- Resolve any issues found during the testing phase working side by side with all teams to maintain our client’s brand quality standards.
- Gather data and learn how data is used in marketing campaigns/journeys to deliver on our one-to-one customer promise.
- Work with team members to create automations within SFMC’s Automation Studio.
- Schedule the campaign/journey for deployment utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
What You’ll Bring:
- Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with strong academic performance
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, openness to learn new technologies and platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
- Effective oral and written communication skills (fluency in English).
- Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
- Interest in working with data and using analytics to drive decision making
- Experience with HTML, basic web technologies, or CRM systems/customer data management a plus
