What you’ll do: Business Technology Solutions Associate in the Technology area

You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and delivering Salesforce solutions that automate and optimize business processes for ZS clients. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and client teams to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable Salesforce implementations while continuing to grow your technical skillset.

As a Salesforce Developer you will be expected to work on multiple SF cloud including but not limited to Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce configuration
  • Implement Salesforce functionality using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom development on the Force.com platform
  • Build and maintain Flows, Triggers, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes
  • Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, and middleware tools
  • Implement Salesforce configuration in alignment with functional and technical design documentation
  • Prepare, cleanse, and load data into Salesforce using appropriate data-loading tools
  • Write robust unit test classes using mock data to ensure code quality and coverage
  • Contribute to the design and development of Salesforce modules that integrate into broader enterprise solutions
  • Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and sprint ceremonies
  • Create and maintain project and technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams and client stakeholders to deliver solutions on time
  • Identify, manage, and escalate technical risks and issues as needed
  • Apply Agile and project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously learn new Salesforce features, releases, and development best practices

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
  • Fluency in English
  • Client-first mentality
  • Intense work ethic
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach

Additional Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
