Zoox is seeking a Diagnostics Engineer to drive Design for Serviceability (DFS) and ensure service readiness across our products.

In this role, you will evaluate diagnostic and controller programming functions at the component, system, and vehicle levels to ensure they are intuitive and effective for Base Operations technicians.

You will partner closely with Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, and Prototyping to advocate for serviceability and maintenance optimization.

This role includes regular engagement with field technicians to assess real-world service challenges and translate that feedback into improved diagnostic strategies, tools, and workflows that support efficient vehicle maintenance and repair.
