Head of ANZ Sales
What you can expect
Zoom is looking for a strategic and people-first Head of Sales for ANZ to lead Zoom’s growth! You will shape the country’s go-to-market strategy and empower teams to deliver exceptional customer and partner outcomes. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share and deepening Zoom’s presence across Enterprise, Commercial, and Channel ecosystems. You will lead a high-performing sales organization while orchestrating cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Channel, and Global Sales Operations.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and a hands-on commercial leader. You are someone who thrives in complex sales cycles, enjoy building customer-centric teams, and know how to turn market opportunity into measurable ARR impact.
About the Team:
Zoom’s APAC organisation is a collaborative network of high-impact teams focused on delivering trusted customer engagement, intelligent collaboration, and seamless communications experiences. Our ANZ sales organisation partners closely with Marketing, Channel, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver outcomes across the full customer lifecycle. We operate with shared purpose, strong interlocks, and a commitment to growth, empowerment, and customer happiness.
What we’re looking for
- Possess extensive Sales and Leadership experience spanning over two decades.
- Be a self-starter with experience scaling a business and selling B2B solutions in a fast-growing environment.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful sales experience, showcasing expertise in networking, pipeline development, negotiation, and effectively closing solution sales.
- Be able to lead a team of Sales Managers to exceed revenue goals and maximize opportunities.
- Be able to develop high-value relationships at the executive level with key customers and prospects.
- Have a deep affinity for sales, Contact Center, and UCaaS technologies.
- Be experienced in growing, inspiring, and developing sales teams to success.
