What you can expect
We are seeking an experienced Infra Applications SRE Engineer with deep expertise in Windows endpoint management, MDM at scale, and VDI infrastructure. This role blends the rigor of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with modern endpoint and collaboration platform management. You’ll ensure reliability, performance, and automation across Workspace ONE, Jamf, Zoom, Google Workspace, Okta, AWS, and Citrix for a secure, scalable digital workplace. Design scalable endpoint infrastructure, automate compliance and patching, and continuously improve device management and collaboration ecosystems.

You’ll join a global team shaping the digital workplace by automating, securing, and scaling endpoint and collaboration platforms for a distributed workforce. Responsibilities
Managing and scaling enterprise MDM and endpoint platforms including Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf.
Designing and implementing VDI solutions (e.g., Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop) to deliver secure, performant virtual workspaces globally.
Automating platform operations using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline provisioning, policy deployment, and compliance enforcement.
Building observability and monitoring pipelines for endpoint health, patch compliance, performance analytics, and collaboration tool reliability.
Implementing zero-touching provisioning and AI-driven automation for endpoint onboarding, configuration optimization, and anomaly detection.
Partnering with security and compliance teams to define and enforce endpoint baselines, encryption policies, and posture assessment frameworks.
Contributing to incident response and postmortems, driving measurable reliability improvements across endpoint and collaboration platforms.
Collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Productivity Engineering to enhance the digital employee experience and operational resilience
What we’re looking for
Have 4–8 years of experience in SRE, Endpoint Engineering, MDM Operations, or Collaboration Systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
Possess solid Windows expertise, including endpoint configuration, policy management, patching, and automation across thousands of devices.
Own hands-on experience with MDM and endpoint platforms such as Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf.
Be proficient in VDI technologies, including Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, or Azure Virtual Desktop, with experience managing and optimizing large-scale VDI deployments.
Have automation-first mindset with solid skills in Terraform and PowerShell/Python/Bash for infrastructure and configuration automation.
Possess good understanding of macOS, Windows, and mobile OS management, including device compliance, patching, and software distribution.
Have experience with logging, telemetry, and observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Datadog).
Own solid collaboration and communication skills to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$98,900.00Maximum:
$228,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
