How You'll Create Impact
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning and executing a Territory Plan to achieve and exceed targets
- Growth within existing accounts, while also identifying and bringing on new business
- Building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams and hospital stakeholders
- Providing high-quality operating theatre support, demonstrating professionalism, preparation and technical expertise
- Delivering product training, in-services and workshops to customers
Excelling clinically in theatre and driving seamless end‑to‑end case support, including:
- Locking in case bookings with hospitals and practices
- Managing surgeon preferences and case details with precision
- Coordinating loan sets and ensuring trays are case‑ready
- Providing confident, in‑the‑moment support in theatre
- Overseeing consignment stock and smooth post‑case returns
