Administrative duties, event logistics, and digital communication are also key aspects of the role. The position is based in Taiwan and requires on-site presence, with occasional travel and a flexible schedule.

What You Can Expect
The position will be developing and executing medical education courses to support the company’s strategic goals. He/she will be responsible for the design, facilitation and the implementation of education for healthcare professionals which will enhance surgical and patient outcome within set budget and compliance guidelines. The individual will be spending time in the field interacting with key HCP faculty consultants and younger HCPs to identify potential future trainers. The position will also be supporting the department’s administrative duty, such as logistic arrangement and documentation.

How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
40% Develop program strategy for responsible product segment’s Zimmer Biomet Medical Education in conjunction with relevant stakeholders:
- Plan and execute medical education programs to meet product segment’s strategic directions
- Work with external subject matter experts – academics, surgeons, other healthcare professionals to develop training and education program
- Work with internal subject experts such as Marketing and Sales on developing training and education program.
- Develop robust and comprehensive agenda’s, from self-study educational programs through to high level interaction meetings.
- Develop unique innovative programs and materials to train surgeons through quality, differentiated educational programs
- Stay up to date with relevant or equivalent products, technologies, surgical techniques and competitor activities to ensure education programs meet identified learning needs.
- Work with Medical Education team from different countries to invite faculty from other regions or send participants to other regions for training
- Travel to Medical Education events to execution the programs and conduct onsite observations and evaluation of appointed faculty educational programs
- Ensure proper planning has been done including all internal approval processes acquired before executing the local programs within the budgeted expenses.
20% Administrative support
- Provide administrative support in associate with education events (design meeting invitation, set up registration link, event request forms, speaker request form, prepare pre- and post-event documents and reports)
- Plan and coordinate logistics for events (flight and accommodation booking, venue decoration..etc.)
- Vendor & contract management
25%Digital communication
- Maintain and improve corporate online education platform content
- Promote and drive user adoption rate for the online training platform
- Be aware of and ensure company branding and ZBI specific branding is adhered to and met
- Implements new vehicles for communication in response to technological advancement.
10%Ensure Legal & Compliance guidelines are met for the department:
- Incorporate regular communication with Legal & Compliance to understand present and changing parameters.
- Be the gatekeeper to ensure all arrangement have met the compliance guideline
