About the Team
ZF Korea Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 as a Korean subsidiary of the German ZF Group in Inchon. Currently, ZF Korea is responsible for domestic distribution of all products of the Korean aftermarket business unit also supports OE business for domestic commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and shipbuilders based on ZF Group's innovative products and engineering technology, and its long experience and high technical capabilities are highly trusted by domestic OE customers.
What you can look forward to as Senior Sales Manager

Marine Korea:
-
OE Sales – Marine Gearboxes, Thrusters, Sea Rex, and Control Systems | 65%: Conduct market intelligence activities to support strategic and tactical decisions. Manage customer relationships through regular engagement. Build and maintain long-term cooperation with design houses and OE clients. Provide technical support to OE customers, including handling of approval and working drawings. Participate in domestic exhibitions to promote business development. Submit quotes and manage order handling processes. Oversee project progress and ensure timely execution. Manage accounts receivable and payment collections.

IAM Sales – Parts, Warranty, General Repairs | 25%: Process and manage OE warranty claims. Provide field support and troubleshooting for end-users. Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure availability for service needs.

Global Communication & Reporting | 10% Coordinate regularly with ZF Marine BU and Asia Pacific teams. Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct regular business reviews. Align local strategy with global business objectives.
Your Profile as Senior Sales Manager

Marine Korea:
-
At least 15 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in marine or related industries. Experience of working in a global OEM environment preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of shipbuilding, propulsion systems, and marine engineering. Familiar with ZF marine product lines and systems. -
Proven experience in OE sales, project management, and technical negotiations. Previous involvement in marine exhibitions and technical associations preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, or related Engineering fields. Business Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written). Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across global teams.

Have a strategic mindset and the ability to drive long-term customer partnerships.
