About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague at our location, Hangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Logistic Specialist：

• Collect customer forecast/order and update in SAP system.

• Update delivery schedule based on customer order and be responsible for on time customer delivery.

• Schedule production plan with relevant department and follow up output.

• Responsible for material master data set up, maintenance and validation in SAP system.

• Responsible for material planning at the time fence to ensure solid supply. Coordinate with cross functional teams for solutions when parts cannot be delivered or unexpected situation.

• Pro-active shortage identification and management, implement engineering change, special delivery.

• Stock management according to business request and project timeline. Ensure optimal inventory levels and safety stock are maintained.

Your Profile as a Logistic Specialist:

• Minimum 3-5 years planner experience in Manufacturing, automotive industrial is preferred.

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Skilled in supply chain management, Logistics.

• Familiar with inventory management methodologies, etc. Consignment, VMI, good at data analysis.

• Computer proficient with SAP system, Microsoft Office, digital applications.

• Excellent communication skill, teamwork.

• Good English in both written and oral English.
