About the Team

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our ZF Aftermarket Product Engineering team in Warsaw. This team is driving innovation in the ZF Bus Connect product, developing new applications through close collaboration across product, UX, engineering, and QA. By leveraging data from thousands of buses, we aim to improve fleet uptime through predictive diagnostics and streamlined maintenance connections. This is a rare chance to shape a new engineering organization and product from the ground up, backed by the stability of a global automotive leader.

What you can look forward to as Manual Tester Software (m/f/d):

• Define, document and execute tests on our product and its new releases, improve test-coverage and ensure quality before release

• Take responsibility for our test management system and the up-to-date-ness of its content

• Liaise with our software developers and architects from the definition of testing strategies down to discussing bugs and fixes.

• Follow agile development methodologies & lean principles to contribute to our high-quality product development practice and its constant improvement

Your Profile as Manual Tester Software (m/f/d):

• Web Application Testing Expertise (functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, experience with cross-browser & cross-platform testing as well as with responsive design & UI testing)

• API Testing including expertise with Postman (or similar) and strong understanding of REST API testing, HTTP methods, and status codes

• Good level of SQL knowledge (writing complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing, understanding of Joins, Indexes, Stored Procedures, and Transactions)

• Experience with defect tracking & test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps as well as with writing & managing test cases in Test Rail or similar tools.

• Passion for insightful digital services and for good code as well as fluent communication skills in English.
