This Job Role is part of the Job Family "Purchasing & Supplier Development" / Sub Job Family "PS Supplier Quality" and Includes jobs focused on selecting, qualifying, and developing supplier relations, supplier services, products, and related processes.
What you can look forward to as DGM (Local Head of Supplier Quality):
- Ensure, in conjunction with other areas such as Program Purchasing, Quality, Commodity Purchasing the adequate quality of the products and services delivered by the external suppliers.
- Lead a team of local supplier quality engineers to ensure full support to the business needs while fostering team cooperation and ZF and customer quality and EHS requirements.
- Supplier quality KPI for ZF : ppm, complaint ratio, SNCC, Cost recovery ratio
- Supplier readiness status during project gate reviews
Your profile as DGM (Local Head of Supplier Quality):
- Education: Master Engineering Degree preferred, possible other science related fields
- 8+ years in supplier/quality environment
- Functional competences
- 8D problem solving, APQP quality planning
- ISO 9001 quality management system basics
- Auditing, Leading teams, Change management, Fluent English language skills
