It supports design departments and defines how verifications have to be carried out. Process & Data, as one of the teams in IW Technology, is responsible to improve the design process by automation of calculations, centralization of data and standardization of processes. The team is international: team lead in Germany, members currently all in India (Coimbatore). What you can look forward to as Process Expert - Bolt tensioning (m/f/d): The Global Expert manufacturing technology is the operations owner of the respective knowledge domain. She / He owns the standard and drives continuous improvements by ensuring efficient and effective cross plant cooperation by leading the respective best practice team. Acts as the single point of contact for other departments and is responsible for new developments in the domain from Manufacturing readiness level 1 up to 9. Supports operations in his expert role on training and final escalation level. Your profile as Process Expert - Bolt tensioning (m/f/d): Education: Masters Engineering degree Years of relevant experience: Minimum 10 -15 in a related technology content. Relevant matrix team lead experience. Cross departmental contact point for expertise related items. In depth operational process know how. Good communicator. Willing to travel +- 5 times a year.
