About the Team

Our Manufacturing Engineering team is responsible for manufacturing processes of product, define the equipment fixture and tooling to implement the production came true for customer with an excellent way.

What you can look forward to as ME Engineer:

• Responsible for manufacturing processes.

• Feasibility study of new project and Quotation for potential new project.

• CT study and Capacity study.

• New investment application, responsible for specification of new equipment, fixture, tooling and acceptance.

• Create process documentation: Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, working Instructions, Change over instruction.

• Lay-out planning.

• DOE and parameter confirmation.

• Support resolve the production line problem.

Your Profile as ME Engineer:

• Min. 5 years’ solid experience in assembly process as process engineer in automotive industry.

• Good experience in assembly process, pressing, torque testing and tool/fixture design.

• Experience in manual assembly line is must; Experience with automatic assembly line is a plus.

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering

• Excellent writing and speaking ability in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD.

• Be matured, pro-active and dynamic, with good communication skills

• Good leadership, independent, and self-motivation; A team player with good organization skills.
