Job Description:

What can you look forward to as Customer Order Processor (m/f/d):

• Receive and process customer orders in the internal system (ERP or OMS).

• Verify accuracy of order details – prices, quantities, delivery addresses, and deadlines.

• Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order handling.

• Resolve discrepancies – missing information, product availability issues, or order changes.

• Track order status and provide customers with delivery updates.

• Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.

• Support customer service with inquiries regarding order status.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Your profile as Customer Order Processor (m/f/d):

• University degree.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.

• Knowlage of English language.

• Organizational skills – ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).

• Strong communication skills – collaboration with teams and customers.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
