About the Team:

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Engineering Tool Developer:

• Analyze gaps not yet covered by tools

• Elicit and align requirements from stakeholders

• Define concepts meeting the requirements, processes and norms

• Design, implement and test the tool to support engineering development.

• Train and roll out the tool, provide technical support to engineering team.

• Manage and integrate efficiency tools from X-functional.

• Assure maintenance and further development of the tool.

• Continuously improve and optimize tools for better performance and usability.

• Updated with the latest industry trends and technologies (such as AI, LLM) to incorporate into tool development.

Your Profile as a Engineering Tool Developer:

• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in Tool Chain development and software development (Code Beamer, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Experience in Agile(scrum) development

• Ability to work with both global and virtual teams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and system analysis skills

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Experience in Power platform development is a plus

• Experience in architecture design and programming skills in languages such as C++/C#, Python, or Java is a plus

• Experience with application lifecycle management tools is a plus

• Experience in automotive industry is a plus

• Familiarization with ASPICE process is a plus
