About the Team:

The Quality team at ZF plays a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality automotive components. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and addressing issues to maintain cost efficiency. Enhancing product quality throuh continuous improvement initiatives. Committing to ecofriendly practices and reducing carbon footprints.

What you can look forward to as Site Quality Leader (m/f/d):

  • Lead the field quality & customer service processes incl. continuous improvement in the Region including field monitoring, problem resolution, field failure part analysis, warranty management to market & Supplier and customer service processes.
  • Drive the Field Performance management for each Product lines within the Region, meaning the field monitoring of the products in the field (actual vs. target), the problem solving for field issues and technical support for the service providers (OEM or ZF Service network) incl. mobile service where needed, and request support from Engineering for more complex complaints/repair cases
  • Provide support for PPAC issues regarding all regional activities
  • Assure communication with OEMs on operative level for field quality and customer service topics.
  • Drive the Warranty Management to Market (OEM and ZF Service network) and to Supplier (Recovery) and the cost reduction activities. Develop and manage coverage programs where necessary.
  • Provide project team members to GD-PEP for all activities related to Field quality and the Aftermarket swim-lane. Drive the customer service documentation activities (projects and series production).

Your profile as Site Quality Leader (m/f/d):

  • 15- 20 years of experience in Customer and Field Quality

  • Automotive experience in matrix environment is an asset

  • Experience in Root cause analysis tools (8D, FTA, QR6S, UFB)

  • Experience in managing warranty handling in similar industry
