Shape the future of Control Systems in ZF Aftermarket!
We are looking for an experienced project leader to manage strategic initiatives within our Control Systems category. Most projects are based in Europe and cover multiple product lines, driving compliance with new standards and improving processes. In this role, you will plan and coordinate projects, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, secure resources, and monitor performance to deliver impactful results. Your contribution will influence efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the aftermarket business. What you can look forward to as Regional Project Manager m/f/d:

Lead major Category projects across regions and product lines (e.g., regulatory implementation, transformational initiatives);
-
Define comprehensive project plans, including milestones, risk management, and KPIs;
-
Manage risks, resolve issues, and control baseline changes during execution; report and escalate to stakeholders and decision-makers;
-
Secure and negotiate team resources; provide performance feedback and identify development needs;
-
Coordinate project business case when applicable;
-
Monitor product creation processes and team performance; design and implement improvement actions as needed;
-
Ensure and document compliance with GDPEP standards; contribute to continuous improvement of processes;
-
Actively collaborate within the project management community.
Your Profile as Regional Project Manager m/f/d:
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Project Management, Production Engineering, or related fields;
-
Extensive expertise in project management (planning, controlling & monitoring, risk management, change request management, quality management), including proficiency with relevant tools;
-
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams;
-
Problem-solving mindset with a goal-oriented approach;
-
Excellent communication skills;Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
-
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have:
-
Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures, and processes, especially GDPEP;

Passion for the automotive industry.
