Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who combines strong financial acumen with technical skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, developing BI reports, automating reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analytics.

What you can look forward as Financial Analyst/Controller:

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities;

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud);

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data from multiple sources;

• Automate reporting and analysis processes;

• Participate in digital transformation projects and implementation of new analytical solutions;

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.

Your Profile as Financial Analyst/Controller:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field;

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;

• Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud);

• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Think-Cell would be an advantage;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Business fluent in English; German would be an advantage.
