We are looking for a new colleague to implement and improve manufacturing systems with the purpose of increasing production, decrease costs and enhance the product in our new greenfield project.
What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Engineer:

Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.

Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment as tooling, spare parts and back-up tools.

Implement engineering- and process changes as well as safety guidelines.

Teach and lead by means of “hands on”-practicing principles and techniques of the running production system.

Establish and update process documentation, such as standardized work, work instructions, line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents.

Guide and support the start-up of new manufacturing projects.

Provide technical support to internal customers.

Take care of assembly line parameterization.

Optimize settings for technical assembly equipment (nut runners, presses, wheel alignment etc.).

Support maintenance team daily activity, ensure spare part availability.
Your profile as Manufacturing Engineer:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in the field of engineering
-
Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
-
Profound analytical and problem solving skills
-
Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge and PLC understanding
-
Good mechanical and technical skills
-
Good communication skills
-
Working proficiency in English and Hungarian
-
Lean – maintenance methods experience is advantage
