About the Team:

The Continuous Improvement (CI) team is dedicated to driving operational excellence across all manufacturing and support processes. Our mission is to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure world-class quality standards through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices.

What you can look forward to as Black Belt Engineer?

• The activities for the position are but not limited to: Continuously improve processes through the identification, reduction or elimination, and control of variation, and the systematic use of Six Sigma and Red X methodology.

• Promote a Problem-Solving Culture by identifying high-impact projects related to the company's key indicators.

• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on CI methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to implement sustainable improvements.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, and financial impact reports.

• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements.

• Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Your Profile as Black Belt Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Black Belt certification is a must.

• Proven experience in Continuos Improvement within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.

• Fluent English

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

• Knowledge on Problem Solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and Red X,  root cause analysis methodology such as 8Ds, 5whys, core tools.

• Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

• Valid US VISA.
