About the Team:
The Continuous Improvement (CI) team is dedicated to driving operational excellence across all manufacturing and support processes. Our mission is to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure world-class quality standards through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices.
What you can look forward to as Black Belt Engineer?

The activities for the position are but not limited to: Continuously improve processes through the identification, reduction or elimination, and control of variation, and the systematic use of Six Sigma and Red X methodology.

Promote a Problem-Solving Culture by identifying high-impact projects related to the company's key indicators.
-
Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on CI methodologies.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to implement sustainable improvements.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, and financial impact reports.
-
Ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements.
-
Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Your Profile as Black Belt Engineer:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Black Belt certification is a must.

Proven experience in Continuos Improvement within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.

Fluent English
-
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
-
Knowledge on Problem Solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and Red X, root cause analysis methodology such as 8Ds, 5whys, core tools.

Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
-
Valid US VISA.
