What you can look forward to as Internal Auditor Supervisor (m/f/d):

• Support the Audit manager in developing the Plan of Engagement (PoE).

• Develop Audit procedures that address specific risks.

• Continuously develop and improve the Audit approach.

• Ensure compliance with the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, DIIR).

• Coordinate Audit results with management, including reporting and recommendation of improvements.

• Preparation and presentation of Audit findings and recommendation as well as creation of Audit reports, including findings, finding classification based on business impact, and agreement on measures to mitigate identified risks.

• Train, mentor, and further develop team members, along with provid field leadership.

• Performance of non-audit engagement activities.

Your profile as Internal Auditor Supervisor (m/f/d):

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Engineering. An MBA or other graduate degree is preferred.

• Six to eight years of professional experience in an external or internal Audit function.

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and management capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus or Spanish/Portuguese/French/Italian communication skills

• Conflict management abilities and intercultural competence.

• Professional Audit certifications preferred (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA, CA, etc.).

• Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).

• Valid driver's license and passport required.
