You will join a dynamic European team that connects local sales organizations with our global Advanced Analytics group and the development teams in Barcelona. In this role, you work closely with programmers and data analysts, translating business requirements into clear digital solutions with measurable value. You act as a key partner to global stakeholders, combining business analysis, project management, and data-driven insights. What you can look forward to as Advanced Analytics Success Manager:

• Drive the adoption and business impact of advanced analytics products (e.g., models for business recommendations, segmentations, optimizations & forecasts) across marketing, sales, pricing & logistics within Europe

• Act as the regional ambassador for advanced analytics, translating the methodologies and benefits of data products to the teams and multiplying knowledge throughout the region

• Gather feedback—both explicit and experience-based—from regional teams and translate it into actionable requirements, representing the “voice of the region”

• Lead and coordinate routines with regional sales and business teams to ensure successful adoption of analytics solutions

• Promote analytics dashboards as instruments to improve business effectiveness, tailoring them to regional needs

• Collaborate with data teams to identify relevant data sources, enabling actionable insights, better decision-making, and impactful recommendations

Your Profile as Advanced Analytics Success Manager:

• Strong experience in project management and business analysis, ideally in data-driven environments

• Good understanding of data analytics concepts and use cases, with the ability to translate them into business impact

• Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle, AWS S3) and data platforms; technical implementation knowledge is a plus but not required

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable

• Strong change management capability: able to educate and influence a diverse audience — from operational teams to senior management — to drive cultural transformation towards data-driven decision-making

• Curiosity and creativity: comfortable challenging the status quo, exploring new ideas, and designing best-in-class processes instead of optimizing legacy ones

• Innovative mindset: proactive in identifying and testing new tools, technologies, and analytical approaches; able to translate emerging capabilities into concrete business opportunities

• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, resilient, and able to navigate organizational challenges

• Fluent in English
