As the FIT Regional Lead, you will be at the forefront of executing new food innovation projects and ensuring brand standards compliance. Your work will directly impact KFC's global brand consistency and growth. You will collaborate closely with the FIT Global Team and regional cross-functional CoE teams to develop and implement innovative food products and optimize global ingredient, packaging, and operational projects.

A food-related college degree is required, such as Food Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Culinary Arts, or Meat and Poultry Science.

10-15 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in the QSR space, is essential.

Creative thinking and expertise in food product development and innovation, with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient functionality, and processing techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
