Pizza Hut is seeking a passionate, field-focused Operations Advisor to support restaurant excellence across a defined region.

This role is designed for a strong operator who thrives in restaurants and enjoys coaching leaders to elevate execution, team performance, and guest experience. As an Operations Advisor, you’ll act as a hands-on partner to franchisees and restaurant leadership teams — helping translate brand standards into practical, in-restaurant action.

This is a high-impact, field-based role with strong visibility and growth potential within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or food & beverage environments
(High-performing General Managers and Area Leaders are encouraged to apply)

  • Strong understanding of 4-wall restaurant day-to-day operations and what drives guest experience and profitability

  • Experience leading and developing restaurant teams

  • Ability to coach and influence through relationship-building and credibility

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, action-oriented mindset

  • Comfort working in the field and adapting to different restaurant environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Must reside within the supported market (Northeast Metro: NYC, NY/Philadelphia, PA)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a franchise system or multi-unit environment

  • Familiarity with Pizza Hut systems and operations

The expected salary range for this position will be based on the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with franchisees and restaurant leaders to strengthen in-restaurant execution and performance

  • Provide hands-on coaching inside restaurants focused on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team effectiveness

  • Help identify performance opportunities and collaborate on clear, actionable improvement plans

  • Support rollout of new initiatives by building buy-in and assisting with on-the-ground implementation

  • Lead or support workshops and training sessions to build capability at the restaurant level

  • Reinforce Pizza Hut brand standards and share best practices across the region

  • Work closely with Franchise Operations Partners (FOPs) to align operational support with broader business priorities

  • Travel is approximately 70% within the assigned region, offering significant exposure to diverse restaurant environments and leadership teams.
