You will supercharge KFC US’ growth and profitability as the finance leader and cross-functional collaborator who brings consumer-centric strategies and tests to life. You will drive financial results by optimizing menu, pricing, and promotions to deliver the right products in the right channels at the right price - for every occasion

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior finance position with a focus on storytelling, advanced analytics, and thought leadership

Skills:

  • Exceptional ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-achieving team to achieve company objectives.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills to influence and drive action from stakeholders; ability to present effectively to executive leaders.

  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

  • Exceptional project management capabilities, including overseeing and delivering great outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding ability to shape and execute strategic visions that align to broader organizational goals.

Salary Range: $164,500 - $174,240 + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Supporting delivery of the National Promotion Calendar and Tests:

  • Supercharge KFC US’ same store sales and margins by supporting delivery of national promotional strategies, initiatives, and campaigns to life:

  • Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams in the design, development, and execution of ideas.

  • Lead calendar reviews with KFC US LT and franchisee leadership (incl. NCAC, NMS, and REC sub-committees).

Strengthen KFC US’ Ability to Innovate:

  • Collaborate closely with the Retail Test Marketing Leader to define the right markets / parameters, analyze results, and scale forecasts for tests

  • Enable the success of KFC US test markets by setting expectations, providing financial support, and effectively measuring success

  • Influence franchisees including those on Test Market Task Force, NMS, etc.

Steering Omni-channel Growth and Digital Leadership:

  • Position KFC US as a digital front-runner by leading strategic Planning partnership and analysis on growth initiatives related to Digital channels

  • Including owned and 3rd party digital commerce development, testing, promotions, data and insights, marketing testing, forecasting, analytics

Driving Pricing and Menu Mix Initiatives:

  • Transform KFC US’s pricing strategies by leading analyses to identify opportunities for check growth while maintaining customer transactions; provide strategic thought leadership and negotiation support

  • Drive breakthrough results for company-owned restaurants through targeted recommendations and seamless execution of pricing actions throughout the year in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Align strategic pricing priorities by managing KFC’s recommended pricing partner relationship and third-party vendors.

Overseeing Sales Forecasting and Analysis:

Enable KFC US to make strategic decisions and provide visibility for the broader business by:

  • Managing the end-to-end sales forecasting and reporting processes.

  • Communicating insights from detailed analysis of underlying sales metrics (e.g., transactions, check growth) and menu mix drivers to senior leadership.

  • Working with FP&A, market functions, and global leadership on core strategic and financial planning processes

Drive Step-Change in Analysis and Insights on Business Performance by:

  • Developing and executing new ways to analyze our business as we continue to grow omni-channel (Delivery, Click and Collect, Kiosks) customer engagement and sales.

  • Driving system migration of the Business Intelligence reporting platform.

  • Support positive trajectory of KFC US’ revenue growth by identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
