Job Architecture & Leveling Guidance: Partner with HRBPs and team on global job architecture, evaluate job levels across Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, D&T) in the region.

Job Offers: Partner with HRBP’s, Talent acquisition to create, align and receive approvals (L11 and below) job offers the region

Harmonization & Regional Consistency Support - Play a key role in supporting Rewards harmonization initiatives across the region, helping align reward practices, policies, and frameworks across brands and markets while balancing local requirements and regional consistency. Provide analytical and design support to inform recommendations and decision‑making.

Compensation Process Execution, Analytics and Technology Enablement: Support delivery of regional compensation processes (e.g., year‑end and mid‑year reviews), with a focus on driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability through technology and analytics. Partner with HR Tech, Payroll to help optimize system readiness, reporting, and automation opportunities across the region.

Recognition and Retention Program Management: Understand global and local recognition / retention programs and support execution for the region

Benefits and Wellbeing Management: Provide support on benefits, wellbeing, and insurance programs across the region, including cross‑market alignment, vendor coordination, and cost‑experience trade‑off analysis. Support reviews of plan design and coverage to enable consistent and sustainable regional approaches.

Survey & External Reporting: Collaborate with Rewards and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of compensation and benefits data to external surveys

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment: Support alignment of Total Rewards programs with evolving regulatory and statutory requirements across markets, partnering with Legal, Payroll, and Finance to interpret implications and help translate requirements into practical reward and policy solutions.

Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, HR Tech across the region, operating as a trusted contributor who can navigate ambiguity, support complex initiatives, and enable effective decision‑making in a matrixed environment
Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Total Rewards
Experience supporting technology teams is a plus

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy and consistency in execution.

Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes with urgency.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Matrix Experience: Prior experience or strong adaptability to matrixed organizations
