What you’ll need to succeed as an Analyst, Customer Solutions at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role, with a proven track record of quality analytics and customer relations

Preferred qualifications:

  • LTL industry experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations

  • Able to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Conduct daily data searches across multiple systems to match shipment tender data with customer records

  • Generate and report findings to customers, delegating follow-up actions to the support team

  • Efficiently manage multi-step processes using Excel and other data management tools

  • Collaborate closely with management to recommend workflow changes and develop standard operating products (SOPs) for team use

  • Engage cross functional teams to improve the account(s) performance. Examples: Billing, Account setup, EDI, Operations

  • Collaborate closely with the support team and support leaders to ensure seamless operations

  • Develop customer relationship and be recognized as a valuable XPO resource

  • Demonstrate a Can-Do Attitude, Strong work ethic, Teamwork, and Respect for others while working
