Senior Analyst, Technology Quality Assurance

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Level: 5+ Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting across multiple functional modules.

• Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to ensure testability and coverage.

• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.

• Manage QA activities for system, integration, UAT, and regression testing cycles.

• Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and best practices across projects.

• Track and report QA metrics, test progress, and release readiness to stakeholders.

• Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining test artifacts and evidence.

• Mentor junior QA analysts and provide technical guidance.

Minimum requirements:

Education Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or closely related field.

Experience requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Hands-on testing experience with SAP Success Factors Modules EC, Recruiting, ONB, Compensation or SAP HCM.

• Integrations Testing experience using Dell Boomi.

• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and HP ALM.

• Experience testing enterprise applications, including HR, Payroll, Finance, or ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to test automation tools is a plus

Certification Requirement (Good to have)

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

• Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE)

• ISTQB Certified Software Tester

• Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
