ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive recruiting coordinator to support our fast-paced JAPAC Talent Acquisition team. This is a contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating processes, managing systems, and creating a great candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones
- Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, or people ops/HR support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English will be a plus
- Comfortable working with different time zones and managing scheduling complexity
- Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or Workday) and Google Suite products is a plus
ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
