About the Role

We’re seeking an exceptionally talented Paralegal to support our in-house legal department. In this role, you'll provide critical support to the legal team across a variety of areas, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and enhancing overall legal operations. We're seeking someone with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal billing and legal vendor invoicing issues

  • Assist with drafting legal briefs, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Manage data and document collections and assist with e-discovery services

  • Develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations, integrate technology tools, and drive overall efficiencies.

  • Be a swiss army knife: pitch in for anything needed in the legal department, even if it’s unfamiliar or not in your lane.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience with Google Vault and Relativity preferred

  • Have a strong sense of ownership, be inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology, enjoy being continually challenged, and can demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently

  • Team-first player and be highly mission-driven

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset

  • Tech-savvy with an understanding or keen interest in emerging technologies like AI

  • Notary registration or a strong interest in obtaining certification is desirable

Annual Salary Range

$100,000 - $150,000 USD
