Maintenance holds the responsibility of producing and maintaining the fixtures in guest rooms, employee areas and the Hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the upkeep and safety of the property.

  • Using material handling equipment, forklifts and cart, operating pneumatic, electric, and hand operated digging, jack-hammering, demolition, and cleaning tools and equipment, assisting in the wet cleaning of internal and external water features, working in the tool room, assisting all trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.

  • Responsible for hauling, lifting, and transportation of building materials, supplies, equipment, filters, furniture, and gaming tables.

  • Candidates must be able to read, understand, and work from blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required.

  • Proficiency in the safe use of all job related protective equipment and hand/power tools is required.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
