The Engineer Painter must have a minimum of 5 years Journeyman experience and be proficient in one or more of the following areas: proper surface preparation and application of all types of paints utilizing brushes, rollers, and spray methods, for interior and exterior applications; drywall taping, sanding and finishing for textured and smooth finishes; all types of wall covering layout, installation and repairs; special finish applications including faux, graining, wood finishing and staining. Job Responsibilities: - Possess & exhibit accurate record keeping skills. - Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. - Basic computer skills and be detail oriented. - Possess customer relationship skills. - Must be able to read, understand and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics and sketches. - Proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools, safety and personal protective equipment. ## Qualifications - A valid Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position. - Must be 21 years of age or older.
