- The Catering Manager is responsible for soliciting and booking business to achieve sales goals and objectives. - Selling and coordinating food, beverage, décor, entertainment, audio visual, etc. for all group sales booked; while generating maximum revenue from each group. - The Catering Manager will be responsible for assisting the Banquet Services department when needed. ## Qualifications - Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. - Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
