- The Catering Manager is responsible for soliciting and booking business to achieve sales goals and objectives. - Selling and coordinating food, beverage, décor, entertainment, audio visual, etc. for all group sales booked; while generating maximum revenue from each group. - The Catering Manager will be responsible for assisting the Banquet Services department when needed. ## Qualifications - Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. - Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. The ability to speak a second language is a plus. - Requires a minimum if 5 years work experience in an upscale catering/ conference services environment. - Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in catering sales management. - Proficiency in MS Office and Delphi are preferred. - Candidates must exhibit leadership skills and the ability to work self-managed. - Requires the ability to work efficiently within a team environment. - Applicants must be a minimum age of 21 years or older. - Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times ## Additional Information Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
