As a Host Person your role will include: - The Host Person is responsible for providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. - All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure. - The Host person is responsible for greeting and seating guests. Will also assist guests with reservations via phone and in-person. - Assists Managers with table management to maximize seating. ## Qualifications - Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner. - 1-year of work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant or lounge is preferred. - Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system). - Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment. - Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. - Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times. - Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. - Candidates under the age of 21 years of age will be prohibited from serving alcohol. ## Additional Information Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
