As a Guest Experience Host (Marketing), you’ll combine front-of-house hospitality with on-site marketing — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream sales tours.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk

  • Engage guests face-to-face to build rapport and generate livestream tour bookings

  • Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres

  • Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community

  • Work closely with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey

  • Meet individual and team KPIs

  • Complete required system updates and paperwork

Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person

  • A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach

  • Professional presentation and attention to detail

  • Computer literacy; PMS experience (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays

  • Ability to work across multi Sales sites in the Gold Coast
