As a Guest Experience Host (Marketing), you’ll combine front-of-house hospitality with on-site marketing — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream sales tours.
What You'll Do

Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk
-
Engage guests face-to-face to build rapport and generate livestream tour bookings

Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres

Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community

Work closely with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey

Meet individual and team KPIs

Complete required system updates and paperwork
Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
What You'll Bring

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person

A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach

Professional presentation and attention to detail

Computer literacy; PMS experience (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays

Ability to work across multi Sales sites in the Gold Coast
