How You’ll Shine

• Develop and maintain accurate, meaningful reports and dashboards using Tableau software based on defined KPIs

• Review existing information flows, define information and data requirements, and support the management of information and data to meet business needs while sustaining data integrity

• Partner with the business to develop innovative solutions to problems and suggest new approaches to reporting, analysis, and business process improvement

• Assist with project work, feasibility studies, and variance analysis

• Provide modelling and analytical support to the FP&A team

• Assist with the provision and review of data for current and future bonus plans, and help address related data queries

• Support the budget and forecast processes

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

• 3+ years of work experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Science

• Experience developing and maintaining reports using business intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Advanced Tableau reporting capability covering complex calculations (e.g., level of detail expressions, nested formulas, table calculations), multi-source data blending, and scalable data modelling is highly regarded

• Strong analytical mindset

• Excellent data management and systems skills

• Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-review

• Advanced modelling skills using Microsoft Excel

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and business operations

• Ability to multitask and work effectively to deliver results within strict timeframes

• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
