How You'll Shine

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment

• Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge

• Experienced barista with a passion for coffee

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Immaculate presentation and grooming standards

• Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirement
