Now hiring immediately for our Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort.

Must be able to work 2nd Shift

(typically 3: 30pm-12AM)**with availability to work occasional overnight shifts if needed. **

Pay is $15.50/hour, plus $1/hour differential for overnight shifts.

How You'll Shine:The Houseperson - Guest Delivery Runner serves as a supporting role to the housekeeping team. This position will be responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure all guest request deliveries are provided in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the company’s expected high quality standards and Hospitality with Heart philosophy. The Houseperson Guest Delivery Runner will be responsible for the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of storage areas. This associate will adhere to the company’s safety program and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), including the new Global Harmonized System for chemicals (GHS), regulations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Deliver items to guest suites in a timely and courteous manner, following the company’s protocols.

  • Perform and maintain inventories of guest amenities as required. Stocks and/or restocks supplies’ storages as needed.

  • Maintain positive customer and associate relationships: Respond appropriately to guest and associate inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.

  • Ensure compliance with: Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention, Resort Operating Procedures, Guest Service Department Operating Procedure, and Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Performs other duties as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Detail oriented with organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.

  • Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.

  • Ability to give high priority to customer service.

  • Ability to receive, sort, and fold laundry.

  • Must maintain a professional appearance and a Can-Do, positive attitude towards all guests and staff.

  • Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.

  • Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
