The Senior Financial Analyst would support operators in Resort Management functions. This role includes reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis related to Hospitality. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

• Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process through identification and implementation of process improvements leveraging technological and system solutions to drive efficiencies, validation of key inputs and communication with key business partners.
• Support recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
• Support the annual budget process and long-range planning.
• Ad hoc analysis as needed related to any aspect of the Resort Servicing Segments.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Management.

• Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment

• Well organized and able to prioritize and work on competing projects.

• Ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Previous experience in forecasting/budgeting process.

• Advanced Excel knowledge required for ad-hoc analysis, report creation and report distribution. Proven history of leveraging complex Excel functions to streamline and improve existing processes.

• Experience in the Hospitality and Vacation Ownership industry is a plus.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) in ERP and EPM

• Administration (creation & updates) of Web Forms & Business Rules

• Managing Oracle Planning Cloud Dimensions (Metadata) and Substitution Variables

• Understand Data Management including Data Load Rules, Import Formats, Locations and Mappings

• Experience with Smart View in usage of Web Forms as well as creation of Ad-Hoc Smart View Reports & OTBI

• Understands how to validate data on Oracle reports

• 3 to 5 years financial planning & analysis experience required.
