HOW YOU’LL SHINE
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You’ll bring our brand of warm hospitality to life through your attention to detail and pride in presentation.
You will:

Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to a high standard

Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities

Restock supplies and ensure everything is perfectly presented for new arrivals

Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly

Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to deliver seamless service

Assist guests with friendly and professional service if approached during your duties

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles (hospitality experience preferred)

High attention to detail and pride in presentation

Strong time management and organisational skills

A friendly and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction

The ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team

The flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends, evenings, and public holidays
