Travel and Leisure is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Services Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our internal distribution, mail, and logistics services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, coordinating deliveries, supporting internal teams, and ensuring operational processes run efficiently.

About the Role

Reporting to the Purchasing and Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and marketing material distribution. The role also supports invoice processing, office supply management, and fleet administration while maintaining compliance with workplace safety and company policies.

You will work closely with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Administration, as well as external suppliers and courier providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international courier shipments, including tracking and supplier coordination

  • Prepare, print, sort and distribute marketing and sales collateral

  • Operate production printers, mail inserting equipment and related machinery

  • Process and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries and inter-office correspondence

  • Manage supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding and timely processing

  • Support office supply management including kitchen and hospitality consumables

  • Assist with fleet administration including servicing schedules and vehicle registration compliance

  • Maintain accurate operational records and reporting

  • Ensure a safe working environment in line with OH&S requirements

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

  • Assist with canteen operations when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes

  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Experience working with production printers or mail equipment (desirable)

  • A current driver’s licence

  • Ability to undertake manual handling tasks where required
