Job Description:
CORE MANAGEMENT OF DEPARTMENTS:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES;
(Include but not limited to:)

Develop an overall marketing strategy to advertise and promote Club Wyndham Asia to desired segments in desired markets, and oversee its successful implementation. Competencies will include, but not be limited to all forms of media (DM, EDM, SMS, SEO,SEM,OPC, Social Media, etc.)

Develop Minivac and Day Drive programs, and any other activities related to the successful generation of qualified prospects to the Company’s Sales Outlets at the desired volume and on a cost-effective basis.

Develop and implement lead generation campaigns that support the overall sales strategy and increase the quality and quantity of leads using tools such as: paid search, SEO, content marketing, events, webinars, email, list buys, strategic partnerships, conferences/events, and social media

Lead the Alliance Partnership team for China and ensure successful alliance campaigns and relationships between Wyndham and Alliance partners in China are developed and maintained via the alliance team.

Deliver targets for all marketing channels in line with budget for China market including CPG : Number of guests and work closely with sales leadership on delivering VPG targets.

Oversee all activities relating to the management of partnerships including performance management. Lead the marketing team input to pre-opening market analysis and associated pre-opening budgeting and planning, for each new Sales/Marketing centre.

Campaign management of events working closely with the events teams and call to ensure events are appropriately planned and targets achieved. Ensure a calendar of events is in place and appropriate venues selected.

Oversee the design & production of collateral to meet the needs of the business in China. Includes both online and offline materials: websites, photography coordination, brochures etc - this should be done in collaboration with our central resources to ensure cost effective solutions and consistency

Focus on quality of service to the sales department through qualified targeted guests.

Leading the performance of the managers, including providing regular performance feedback and appraisals, performance improvement and corrective action where necessary.

Setting department targets and ensuring that each manager and the overall team meet the targets.

Updating and analysing required reports and communicating the results through action plans.

Reviewing staffing levels ensuring headcount is in place to meet department targets.

Ensure compliance across all marketing areas of responsibility in China according to country requirements.

Taking Lead on digitalizing and mobilizing marketing initiatives in innovative ways to maximize the business outcome.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
-
Minimum 6 years of experience with a multinational, points-based vacation ownership company at the upper marketing management level. Excellent communications skills; able to interface comfortably and build rapport at both the Executive and operations levels

Proven leadership, motivating, coaching and performance management skills
-
Positive and enthusiastic altitude and ability to inspire some in others
-
Advanced computer skills including previous experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
-
University degree or equivalent a plus
-
Confident, flexible with the ability to work in o fast paced end changing environment
