KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What does this position aim to do?

  • Fulfills specialized, complex requests by clarifying desired information and carrying out transaction and information requests.
  • Performs payment histories and balance disputes for all three brands
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential in accordance with PCI and PII guidelines
  • Updates job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related requests as needed

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent (some college preferred)

Knowledge and skills

  • Must possess excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to be extremely detailed, accurate and thorough
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deadline conscious with strong drive, energy level and initiative

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced PC skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power

Point and Outlook:

Job Experience:

  • 4-5 years general office experience
  • 2 years customer service experience
