This multifaceted position will work across a variety of departments to manage tasks that support business growth and maintenance of existing programs. This role will serve as support specialist assisting the Manager and Director of Marketing Ops and working with Legal, CRM, IT, Training, Field Sales and Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Brand, Finance and Accounting to facilitate all steps in onboarding new vendor business including premiums, tour generation, mini-vacation sales and call transfer partnerships. This role is also responsible for maintaining, updating and optimizing all marketing materials that support the Inbound, Outbound, Face to Face and Vendor sales and service operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Offer management including offer creation, legal submissions and all internal processes to provide marketing scripts, fulfillment letters and offers to the sales teams. (30% time)

Manage the intake process for new vendors that need to complete the Vendor Assessment Process, liaise with cross functional teams to navigate vendor from intake to approval. (30% time)

Manage the intake process for Journey Offers system enhancements, coordinate various teams to capture requirements for IT to build the stories and prioritize the work. (15% time)

Coordinate with the CRM to facilitate the build of all offers in Journey to support Corporate Marketing, vendor programs and the marketing website. (15% time)

Provide support to leadership team as needed to work on research projects to further drive business development. (10% time)

What You'll Bring:
Education
- Four year college degree
Knowledge and Skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely

Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines

Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Ability to analyze data to make decisions

Ability to adapt to changing business needs

Company/Industry experience/knowledge a plus, including proficient knowledge of products, operations and company positioning including strategic business drivers and frameworks.
Technical Skills

Computer skills including very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strength in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Salesforce knowledge – the Journey Offers Platform resides in Salesforce.
Job Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years managing partnerships or business operations experience.

Hospitality networking industry background preferred.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
