What You’ll Do

Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

How You’ll Shine:

  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center
  • Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • Effectively deliver sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
  • Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends
  • All leads are provided and prequalified by Travel + Leisure’s award-winning on-site marketing team

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
  • Must have Maryland Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one (In this instance we will be providing an on-site licensing course with a live consultant)
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
  • General knowledge of smart devices

Compensation

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $15.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
