At Travel and Leisure, our vision is to put the world on vacation. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver exceptional service to our owners and guests while ensuring smooth day to day food and beverage operations.

You will:

  • Provide professional, efficient and friendly food and beverage service

  • Take accurate orders and confidently use POS systems

  • Serve food and beverages in line with company standards

  • Maintain food safety, hygiene and temperature controls

  • Assist with stock control, rotation and ordering

  • Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities

  • Handle cash and floats in line with internal procedures

  • Maintain high presentation and grooming standards

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service

  • Escalate guest concerns or operational issues appropriately

  • Comply with all Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety requirements

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar food and beverage role

  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine hospitality mindset

  • Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions

  • Sound understanding of food safety and workplace safety practices

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • A team first attitude aligned with our values of Hospitality, Engagement, Accountability, Respect and Teamwork
