Responsible for leading and executing the overall talent acquisition strategy, employer branding initiatives, compliance with hiring regulations, and proactive talent pipeline management. This role plays a critical part in positioning TNL Clark, Philippines as an employer of choice, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring experience while aligning recruitment efforts with business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What does this position aim to do?
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process.
- Develop and implement relevant recruitment reporting to aid in decision making and overall strategy development.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to assess performance, drive improvements, and enhance candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and build effective hiring strategies.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
- Design and execute employer branding campaigns to strengthen TNL’s presence as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to enhance employer brand visibility through social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.
- Develop content for recruitment marketing, including job postings, career site updates, and employee testimonials.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies, local labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting to support audits and compliance requirements.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in the hiring process.
Proactive Talent Pipeline Management.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing and networking.

Establish and nurture relationships with universities, industry groups, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.

Implement programs to enhance candidate engagement, including talent communities and referral initiatives.

People management responsibilities for direct reports for their continuous growth and development.

Deputize in the absence of the next level senior team member in the department.

Support other HR-related initiatives, projects as may be needed.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or people leading role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and hiring compliance requirements.
- Experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
- Excellent Office 365 application skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong multiple stakeholder management skills, building positive and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
